Follow the money on Trump and Russian Federation

The U.S. -backed forces, mainly made up of Kurds, killed more than 200 Russian mercenaries fighting on behalf of the Kremlin-backed Bashar al-Assad regime, according to reports.

No evidence has emerged of Russian coordination with Trump operatives, but there are grounds for suspicion.

"Yeah that bugs me", said Robert Anderson, a former assistant director of the FBI's cyber branch, when asked about how much more harshly Trump speaks of the Federal Bureau of Investigation than he does of Russian espionage.

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders made an oblique reference to "an incident" on Tuesday, as she argued that President Donald Trump has been tougher on Russian Federation than his predecessor, Barack Obama. To pay for all of this, they established fraudulent USA identities and bank accounts so no one would know they were heeding political advice from Russians employed by "Putin's chef".

"The results of the election were not impacted".

The Russian dirty tricks started in 2014, a year before Donald Trump announced his candidacy, and well before anyone in his or her right mind - in Russia or anywhere else - thought Mr. Trump would be the next president.

"The president has never really tried to understand why people do things that are not in his interest", he says.

There is much less concern about Russian Federation in general from Republicans.

As Wall Street Boosts Rate Hike Bets, Fed Doubts Remain
The MSCI Emerging Markets Currency Index sank 0.4 percent to the lowest in more than a week on the largest decrease in two weeks. Palladium was down 0.1% at $1,019.25/oz and platinum was up 0.2% at $989.40/oz after touching a more than one-week low of $983.

The Mueller investigation appears now to be intensifying its quest for more actionable evidence with which to establish the collusion that Mr. Trump so determinedly rejects. But as he spent a three-day weekend mulling the disclosures, the president grew angry, aides said.

Even after winning the New Hampshire primary, Trump struggled to find support in Washington.

Trump has so far declined to impose sanctions on Russia for its election interference that were overwhelmingly approved by Congress and sought to improve relations with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has shown no sign that he's interested in probing whether the Obama administration was lax in its follow-up once Russia's interference was detected.

In a Wednesday morning tweet, he questioned why the Obama administration was not under investigation - and strongly suggested his attorney general, Jeff Sessions, look into the matter.

Trump tying the Russian investigation to a completely non-related mass-shooting, shows the low lengths he's willing to go to discredit the FBI and the Russian investigation. One way to do that would be for Russian officials to provide her campaign with unverified dirt on Trump - fodder for Trump to claim that Democrats colluded with Moscow.

"We are doing an terrible lot of work, we are taking this very seriously, it is a national security issue", the official said, answering criticism.

It's true there is a measure of liberal hysteria about Trump and the collusion question. In these deeply partisan times, President Trump and many of his supporters have dismissed Mueller's probe as a partisan witch hunt, even though Mueller himself is a Republican and he keeps finding reason to bring charges against somebody else every few weeks.
