Some devices, that are said to launch later today, have been making rounds on the Web for the past few weeks.
There's one product missing from this Google list: straight-up tablets. CEO Sundar Pichai and other top officials of Google will be giving a keynote presentation to shed light on the salient features of the phone.
As far as Google Pixel 2 XL is concerned, recent reports have revealed that its 64 GB and 128 GB models will be respectively priced at $849 and $949. And it looks like all the main mobile operators will support the Pixel 2, including Rogers, Telus, Bell, and others. There will be a single 12MP rear-facing snapper.
Coming to the pricing, Pixel 2 is expected to be priced at $650/$750 while the Pixel 2 XL is expected to be priced at $850/$950. More features for the Pixel 2 include IP67 certification for water and dust resistance, and the squeeze technology seen on HTC U11. The Pixel 2 XL will feature a design similar to Pixel 2. The device will run the latest version of Android O out of the box and could forego the 3.5mm headphone jack.
On a related note, Google handed out free Daydream View units previous year. The updated VR headset could come in three colours - charcoal, coral and fog - and could be priced at United States dollars 99 against the current USD 79.
While previous leaks have suggested the phone will also be equipped with a Laser autofocus feature, that can't be seen here - although it may just be too hard to spot.
It's expected to have a 12.3-inch display that's compatible with a stylus, and to cost between $1,199 and $1,749. It's a Best Buy Canada promo that sells the Pixel 2 bundled with the new Google Home Mini.
Although there's no way of knowing if this is a real device, it could be that a Google staff member was testing the speaker nearby when Durk stumbled across the setup process. Amazon had recently revamped its Echo family of devices. We're hoping to hear from Google why it thinks the Google Assistant ecosystem is better than Alexa as a full-scale home control solution.
Apart from the GoogleMax, Google is also expected to announce another smart speaker - the Google Home Mini.
On that note, Synnex also leaked something Google is calling "Google Clips" that is labeled under the computer accessory category. Even if it is launched at the event, expect it to only start shipping to customers closer to the end of the year in the US.
Justices To Weigh Challenge To Public Sector Union Fees
Friedrichs , libertarian groups , and a group of states led by MI also filed briefs urging the court to take Janus's case. To prevent this free-rider problem, union contracts often include a provision requiring non-members to pay agency fees.
Rohit ton gives India comprehensive series win
Australia lost their way after a strong start, succumbing to India's spin strength through the middle phase of their innings. On both occasions the ball came in a fraction and was far too close to the body to attempt the most productive ODI shot.
