Swift says Mueller groped her as they stood together for a photo. She has one press photo to back her allegation against David.

Pop superstar Taylor Swift's mother recounted before a U.S. jury on Wednesday the moment her "shattered" daughter said she had been groped by a local radio host.

She said the grab was under her skirt.

Swift maintains he sexually assaulted her by lifting her skirt and fondling her buttocks.

Mueller was sacked two days later. Coomer called it a lie.

Mueller was sacked by radio station KXGO two days after the 2013 incident and has been unable to find a job since.

He was sacked from his $150,000-a-year "dream job" at country station KYGO-FM after Swift's team reported the alleged assault to his boss.

The final testimony on Wednesday came from Frank Bell, Swift's liaison with radio stations.

Mueller's attorney Gabriel McFarland asked Dent why he did not intervene if he saw the alleged groping.

Swift also rejected the accusation that she misidentified had Mueller, saying: "I'm not going to allow you or your client to say I am to blame".

Swift, who has 85 million followers on Twitter and 102 million followers on Instagram, earned $170 million in the year to June 2016 following a world tour and her best-selling "1989" album, according to Forbes Magazine.

In response, Swift countersued Mueller for assault and battery.

Swift has stated that she filed the suit to "serve as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts".

Explosion injures 6 at Minneapolis school
The Minnehaha Academy Upper School is located at 3100 West River Parkway in the Longfellow neighborhood of Minneapolis . Fire crews extinguished the blaze and remain looking to remove any people who might be trapped, officials added.

Swift was confident and assertive in her testimony.

When Taylor faced Mueller's attorney during the trial, she did not miss any chance to use her sense of humor.

Former KYGO radio host David Mueller claims the photo, which has since been leaked to TMZ, proves that he was not "grabbing her bare ass" like the singer claims. She went on to argue that someone would have had to have been underneath her to see the actual grab, "and we didn't have anyone positioned there".

The pop superstar testified for about an hour on Thursday, sometimes using unflinching language in giving her account of what happened.

Swift testified Thursday that she "lurched" away from Mueller as the photo was taken.

She said that when it happened, a "light switched off in my personality".

"I did not want every interview from now on to have to make her include what happened to her". "I just said, in a monotone voice, thank you for coming and then they were gone".

Swift has been sued by Mueller for defemation after she initially made the claims.

The legal back-and-forth was initiated by DJ Mueller, 55, who claims he lost his job after Swift reported him to the radio station. It was intentional. He stayed latched on to my bare ass cheek. "(His hand) didn't let go", she told the jury.

Mueller had given evidence in the morning session, conceding that a picture taken during the alleged assault could be interpreted as incriminating.

Swift has testified that "it was a definite grab".

Asked whether she had sought witnesses, Ms Swift - who was not present at the encounter - she said she had no reason to doubt her daughter.

Mueller's then-girlfriend was also in the photo and at the meet-and-greet at the time, and in previous depositions has said she doesn't believe he would have groped the pop star. "We absolutely wanted to keep this private, but we did not want him to get away with it". After the incident, Taylor's security team accused Mueller of inappropriately touching the singer and he was subsequently fired from his job at the radio station.
